About Ron Cooper
I’m Ron Cooper from Skelmersdale. I’m a member of Unite and a community activist, ex-labour Cllr, ex-CLP Secretary, a democrat and a SOCIALIST. I’ve been on Palestine Peace Rallies in Liverpool, Preston, Lancaster and Southport. And I have been protesting against the Cuts by Liverpool City Council at the closed-down One Stop Shop on Picton Rd, together with the Wavertree Fights Back group. I am also a member of the Merseyside Pensioners Association, whose motto is: -
‘For pensioners and all who come after us’
I'm standing for the CEC to ensure Your Party becomes the Democratic Socialist Party in the tradition that brought us the NHS, the Welfare State, free education, public ownership of utilities and habitable council housing.
